We're looking for a Senior Shading Solutions Designer to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow and innovate in the shading and window treatment industry.
Experience:
Manage end-to-end project delivery for shading solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
Address client inquiries and concerns throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor quality control and ensure that the shading solutions meet industry standards.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Lead project teams and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
